- Before paying for our services the client must make sure there is no spelling, visual, appearance or any other issues and the client is completely satisfied with our work. Any changes in the website after the final payment has been made, may be subject to additional fees.
- After the project completion the client is the owner of the website and is responsible for his/her’s website content, actions and hosting.
- The websites we create are tested, optimized and compatable with all current major web browsers, but there is no guarantee that the website will appear and work the same way on very outdated web browsers, very old platforms, low screen resolutions, etc.
- After the project completion the client is responsible to change all the sensitive information such as hosting account log-in info, FTP passwords, Admin panel log-ins, etc. disclosed to us.
- Some of the websites we create (Control Management Systems, eShops, Forums) are based on third party open source software. This software is free for commercial and personal use and is released under “GNU General Public License”. J.I.L. Web Design makes no warranties, representations or assurance of the availability and functionality of any third party software.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US FOR OUR SERVICES.
